We're fully insured. Texas does not require a statewide general contractor license, so insurance and a track record of quality work are what protect you as a homeowner — we carry both.

It depends on scope. A standard patio cover or pergola typically takes one to two weeks once materials are on site; larger decks or full backyard transformations can take several weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline specific to your project during the design phase — not an inflated estimate meant to win the bid.

Many municipalities in our service area require permits for patio covers, decks, and other structures. We'll let you know what's required for your specific city and can handle the permitting process as part of your project.

We primarily build with cedar and other quality framing materials, and offer both wood and low-maintenance composite decking. We'll walk you through the tradeoffs so you can pick what fits your budget and how much upkeep you want to do.

Yes. Most backyard projects need more than carpentry to feel finished. We coordinate concrete, electrical, plumbing, outdoor lighting, landscaping, and drainage as part of the build, so you have one point of contact instead of juggling multiple contractors.
